No offense, but if you feel that strongly about this, I'd just leave now, because chances are Chia will either keep his job or his replacement will be so bad, people will make "miss me yet?" memes about him.

Chia singlehandedly gutted the team in 2015 and it looks like they're basically bound for another decade of darkness - I see people saying well, if they only did this move or that move, but this is the Oilers, and the only moves they make are ones involving overpriced burgers.

I mean, does anyone expect the guys who cleared the Hall and Reinhardt trades to find a suitable replacement for Chia?

This just in: Draisaitl traded for cap space. Our sources here at TSN are digging up more information on this "Cap Space", but haven't had much luck. The trade is 1 for 1

We then trade that cap space for David Backes and then send him to the minors a week later.
