Yeah, like a pre-programmed automaton.Surprised? No.
But it's still amazing to see.
Nice pass Aho. Canes are relentless.

All it took was a "Little bit of love."They are a real treat to watch. A great combination of skill, hard work, and depth.
Rutherford, Francis, and Waddel could all take credit for building this team because elements of all three of their reigns is on the roster. And Brind'Amour is the kind of coach players will want to go through a wall for.
I am a big fan of them.
Aho - Svech is going to be a deadly duo for as long as Aho remains under contract in Raleigh ;-)Those jerks in Carolina are pretty good

Typical Habs luck to roll that 20% or whatever it took not to pick #1 or #2 in the end in the 18 draft.
They are better than last year even without Hamilton. Those jerks in Carolina are pretty good
You have to wonder why they kept him and not Hayes.Scum Kreider still going dirty.
We were soooooo close to getting #2 pick and Svechnikov in 2018. What a beast!
The way Rod Brind'Amour has the Canes playing reminds me a lot of Joel Bouchard. Both of them have this way of motivating the players to play relentless hockey. To give the opposition the hardest time, making them earn every inch they get. The only difference is that Carolina has the skill to keep up with the hard work. For Laval, and down the road in Montreal, that skill is on its way.
They were so close to getting the #1 pick in 2016 (Auston Mathews). Imagine getting that #2 in 2018 (Svechnikov). And finally, imagine the Canes not matching the Aho offer sheet.
So in this fantasy almost-world, Habs would have Matthews, Aho, Svechnikov, and Suzuki.
They are better than last year even without Hamilton.
With major almost-forseeable cap problems!
