This is literally the first time I have ever heard of someone heating leftover pizza in a frying pan. Sounds like a decent idea, though.
put it on a lower temp so you don't burn the bottom, and I cover it a bit to help the cheese melt on top. Just be careful to allow heat to escape as you don't the want steam to turn to water, and of course drip down onto the pizza.
But yeah, it's a good way to get the crust good again.
This was my supper tonight as we went out to a local restaurant.
Had the Crispy Chicken sandwich: Buttermilk soaked and breaded, smoked bacon, cheddar, lettuce, chipolte mayo, and Lou's BBQ sauce....and then fries and coleslaw on the side.
The wife had Moussaka: Eggplant, potato, zucchini, parmigiano reggiano, ground beef, bechamel sauce, Greek Salad, roasted potato. Sorry...no pic of hers.
