lobster is massively overrated sea cockroach. If you didn’t drown it in liquid butter, you wouldn’t eat it.

Unless you only eat shitty rock lobster, then I agree. They taste like garbage.

Cold water lobster=fantastic
Warm water lobster=not worth even having

Near tasteless water roach. Give me Alaskan snow crab any day of the week over that inferior bottom feeder.

Cooked a steak on something other than a grill for probably the first time ever tonight. Wasn't bad, slightly dry. Gotta get that grill over to the house so I don't have to do that again

Cooked a steak on something other than a grill for probably the first time ever tonight.
I spent a decade or so grill-less in either NYC or Jersey City and have perfected the method.
Cask iron skillet, get it super hot on the stovetop. Oven at 350. Sear on each side on stovetop for 30 seconds or so, finish in oven for about 10 mins or so (depending on the thiccness of the cut), flipping once.

Good to know. I've got a few more in the freezer, although I'm hoping to have a grill by next time
