Place off Rt 70 in Maryland called Asian Bistro. They have a lot to choose from. I typically go with shrimp, salmon, or tuna based rolls. Salmon being my favorite with some sort of spice or eel sauce. Try something along those lines and you won’t be disappointed

Good thing they beat/pound/whatever, it’s gonna sound weird, the shit out of it for veal parm to flatten it.


I’m probably in the minority but I can’t stand veal. The flavor is garbage.

Just from the description on the web site I think it'll be a disapointment...

"Grilled sausage, American cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, a fresh-cracked grade A egg, (deep breath) more cheese and more bacon all covered in swiss cheese sauce."​

London broil done you two ways. My standard pinned and marinated in Italian dressing and the other smoked with cherry wood.

The cherry wood smoked recipe blew my go to London broil out of the water. Now I’m not mad that I bought wine for it. I can’t stand wine.
