Lundqvist is suppose to be generational and has no cups and no Carey price peak like seasons. Crosby has also scored more on him than any goalie in the NHL. But go on and live in your little bubble where Lundqvist is the best of the generation and where any post that says otherwise isn't serious.

a) Lundqvist peak season in 11-12 is almost identical to Price's peak season in 14-15.
b) What makes Lundqvist's case strong is that he's been great most of his career, unlike goalies who had 1-2 really outrageous seasons and then major average careers outside of that, whose numbers are legion.

Name another goalie other than Luongo who since 2005, has been as consistently good as Lundqvist. Yeah that's right you can't name one. Lundqvist has also never crapped the bed in a full season like Carey Price does.

I think he’s got like a 6-1 record in game 7’s... Your analysis is good too though.
Yeah, but why do many game 7’s in the first two rounds ? Strange...

Prima donna and big time choker.

That rebound from his gigantic pads to Martinez was so juicy!

Lundqvist also never came close to crapping out as badly as Price did this past season in his prime.

Lundqvist consistency>>> Price peak of 1 calendar year

You can't be serious, there's probably no better big game goalie other than Quick in the entire league.

Price is playing on one of the worst NHL teams in last 10 years thanks to Bergevin.

Missed the part where he won a hart and Lindsay.

Lol look at the Rangers defenses in his earlier years. Malik, Roszival, Strudwick, Mara, Backman, Pock, Kasparaitis, Ozolinsh, Ward, etc.

Jeff Petry would have been the best Ranger defender by far on the Ranger team that were 7.7 seconds away from taking that series against Buffalo with the best offense in NHL history.

What does Crosby scoring on him or anyone else you bring up have to do with him?
Patrick Roy had a bunch of Wings score on him during his career., doesn't make him any less generational

When Price puts together the consistency Henrik has, then we'll talk. His story has yet to be written though and has missed some significant time due to injury...

Calling him a choker because he played in lengthy series is such a stretch that I don't think you're actually serious.

Didn't the Bruins and Kings in 2011 and 2014 have to go to Game 7 in three of their four series during their Cup runs.

You are going to have to get more creative/smarter to try and insult Lundqvist.

One of the most overrated goalies of this generation. Hes had a good long career but the 1 vezina was debatable at best. He certainly isnt the best since the Roy/Brodeur/Hasek/Belfour era like people make him out to be.

As a goalie myself his body language and yelling at defenceman after goals has always left a bad taste in my mouth. And then theres his abuse of the equipment rules with his stupidly oversized gear giving goalies a bad rep.

his 2 best chances were in 14 and 15...however the refs allowed a giant goon by the name of King to pummel hank in the crease as a shot was coming in from the blueline in Game 2 of the finals. Goal was allowed to stand and the series was lost right then and there...funny how in the off season the league apologized to hank and the rangers and came out with the stupid interference replay rule, but that doesn't help anybody right now...next chance was 2015 but Zucc gets a concussion in round 1 and then Hank blows a routine wrist shot in OT of game 3 against tampa in the ECF and the series get lost right there.

This just in... goalie no one has ever paid to watch play thinks poorly of one of the longest starting goalies at the NHL level. Interesting.

This is pure Ovechkin syndrome. Ovi was blamed for the lack of team success when he was the only one showing up. It wasn't until his team stepped up that "he won it all". This is the same issue the Lundqvist has faced. He can't do it alone so likely his only option is to ask for a trade to a team that needs a quality G. Barring a miracle he's not going to win it in NYC

HOF talent, HOF whineyness. He’ll be in the HOF if he whines enough.

What? Lundqvist never really bitches or complains about calls. He also doesn't dive or flop.

As a matter of fact I think that works against him sometimes.
