I had a beard for three years now and I still get the stupid/xenophobic comments. People calling me a terrorist, a hobo, a rabbi and all those beard wielding people. Like, why can't no one ever call me a renaissance artist name ? Why can't I get called Socrates ? Magellan ? Zeus ? Jesus ?

Why does it always have to be pejorative...

Most of the time I just tell them "Quick, name me 5 great people" Then I tell them every one of them had a beard. Or I tell them Brad Pitt is not a great person, but he does wield a beard sometimes.
