The Good -

Greenway again with another very solid game. Setting the table and driving lanes a couple times in the first, really good stick (again) on the PK. The hit on Stutzle was awesome.
Skinner finishing on Tuch's sauce. Skinner then getting another and drawing a penalty.
Thompson tip.
The Whipping Boys getting an ugly goal.
Jokiharju with a solid game through 2 periods. Moving the puck quickly in the offensive zone, solid 2-on-1 defense, all around quiet which is what ya want in a defensive defenseman. I will give him a Mulligan on the fall on the GA.
I appreciate Clifton bringing the noise early and him having a thing going with Grieg.
UPL was solid and in control.
Power-to-Skinner is a thing to look for all the time. They hooked up a couple more times tonight.
Tuch not taking Tkapunk's crap.
Tage getting the ENG, Greenway trying everything on that clear.
Got a lot of traffic to the net, three deflection goals.

The Bad -

Stutzle's ability to skate when his hand is touched.
Stutzle's late dive was clear as day, but still called.

The Ugly -

Really, the late scrum that Taraskanko started and then the Sens come out of it with a PP is about it.
The no call on Grieg's obvious to the blind holding.

That was the most UPL game ever and seems to happen to him quite often. Plays great for 50 minutes and then gets multiple goals scored on him late. Went from a .930 sv% in that game to a sub .900. Did he have a good game? I have no idea.

Buffalo got lucky Ottawa kept a goalie that was shaky in net for so long.

2 points are 2 points, Buffalo took advantage of bad goaltending for once.

UPL was good for 90% of the game. That’s a good sign. The last 10% was collar pulling levels of bad.
