As much as I love Kotkaniemi and Dach, it would be nowhere near McD and Draisaitl, McDavid is just too good.

I was a big detractor at first, because I'm such a Crosby fan boy, but I'll have to say he's AT LEAST as good as Crosby.

Well duhhh, I agree. But Kotka/Dach is just about as good as you can hope for without lucking out on a generational center.

Yeah Niemi let in 6 goals.. and some were weak... but many quality scoring chances were also stopped by him.

Niemi was a non-story in this game... he did what he had to do. All the blame should go to atrocious defense.
