Was wondering what Highmore's status was and whether there was any recent news/update..
See he's listed on LTIR... But I don't remember if his injury timeline was ever disclosed...

i heard somewhere that he was close to joining with a non contact jersey

I think he fractured his thumb so 4-6 weeks timeline is about right. Should be back after the new year

Everybody who was in COVID protocol was back at practice today. Hamonic skated as well, although not with the main group.

I believe all the NHL teams get tested today to determine if they can proceed with games on the 28th. Fingers crossed for good health, and resumption of play at reduced capacity.

The false positives with these tests is basically making this whole thing RNG. Which is kinda fun, I guess, but pretty dumb.

If the PCR tests are positive, then yikes, this is going to be ugly. No Demko, Halak, Horvat, Miller, and Garland.
