One thing I don't like that this dysfunctional management doesn't trade players when their value is at an all-time high, especially when regression is bound to happen and their value plummets.

Franson, Kadri, Lupul etc. had Exceptional years last year and their value was an All-time high!!!

Now, ironically those 3 players are the ones people are trying to ship out however their trade value is reduced in half.

Therefore, trade Tyler Bozak. This guy is having a near PPG season and is way, way way above his head. He has a fair contract and his production this season is something a few idiot GM's may be willing to part assets with. His career high is 50 points despite playing with Kessel and its inevitable he's going to come down to his regular 45-50point pace next year. Do the right thing for once and trade a asset when his value is high.

u forgot to mention grabo, mcarthur, kulemin + + + + + guys we are going to lose for nothing when we could have had multiple 1sts or 2nds for these guys.

Fans that at the beginning of the season predict the team will be in a battle to make the 8th playoff spot in the conference that then freak out and demand everybody get fired and full rebuild start immediately when the team is exactly what they predicted...
