The guy with the shopping cart and the little coal stove thingy? Those were actually pretty good pretzels because they were basically toasted over an open fire. The ones in Philly are cold and wet and people love them. I don't get it.

agreed. Panthers arena in Sunrise not only has an enormous lot but is also across the street from Sawgrass Mills and many people park there for free and walk the 1/2 mile.

I don't see how that's possible unless they're building a parking garage and/or underground parking.
There's going to be a 2,000 space underground garage on the south side of Hempstead Tpk, under the retail village.

Make no mistake, if you were standing on top of that roof truss, you’d be thinking ‘holy shit this thing is way the f*** up here’, and not ‘wow this thing is decently low.’ :D


Oh no question, but I would expect you'd be saying the same thing on the roof of the coliseum.
