Chrona was pretty far down the depth chart and with Alnefelt and Miftakov above him i just couldnt see him being anything more than a AHL starter
probably as a depth replacement. i see us sending Borgman and Schenn downWhy do we need Claesson?

Claesson plays the left side though?probably as a depth replacement. i see us sending Borgman and Schenn down
Yeah, I guess this makes sense.Probably just a Syracuse move
hes better than Borgman for sure, more of a defensive dman. can fill in if someone gets hurt or if we need to throw Sergy on the right side for a gameClaesson plays the left side though?
Claesson is 28 and will be UFA this off season.Probably just a Syracuse move
We used 9 dmen in the playoffs last fall. I think this is a precautionary move where you hope you never need him, but he's there just in case. Why do we need Claesson?

TB needs depth d-men for the playoffs however.
Roflmao I did not know this but it's annual ex ranger to tampa bay lolAdmit it. We only made this move because we needed more former Rangers. It's tradition
He does technically meet the quota, but I don't think it's in the right spirit.Admit it. We only made this move because we needed more former Rangers. It's tradition

Chrona had a good season in 2019-2020 with Denver but had a down season this year.
Agree with you on Alnefelt and Miftakhov and that makes it easy to part with Chrona

Bye Coolest-player-name-for-a-goalie ever.
In all seriousness, I like this move and I wish Magnus the best of luck in his future endeavors
We still have Hugo Alnefelt which is a pretty cool name haha also hoping he’s a capable backup soon!Bye Coolest-player-name-for-a-goalie ever.
