I don't think Curtis McElhinney would sign to play in Syracuse... and I was under the impression that Domingue was passed that !

Syracuse does not have a goalie at this point. Tampa Bay has two goaltenders and then a bunch of untested prospects at the AHL level, let alone playing in the NHL when thigns go bad.

Domingue was ok. Nothing special. Below .910 actually which really is nothing special. That should be easy to upgrade just by chance. If McElhinney is taking less money than Domingue was asking for then it's an easy decision, because McElhinney was better.

He's on LTIR with a supposed 80% coverage so would only be 940k in cash. Condon at 50% is 1.5 cash. They're upgrading in net big time to gain a bunch of capspace with Callahan.
