He's apparently above average at withholding opponent shots immediately after a defensive faceoff. Also is a swell guy.

Decent--Glass played a strong game on Monday. Didn't look slow at all and played his position well. It's just one game, but....

Glass actually played pretty well in the exhibition against the Devils. Primary assist on a very nice play for the Rangers 1st goal--(one Nostradamus here remarked that he'd never do that again---?!!?!)--got a step on a defender and was taken down to give the Rangers a pwp and he penalty killed very efficiently. I don't recall any egregiously bad plays on his part. I don't know what other posters here expect from 4th liners but to me that's a pretty good game.

He wasn't awful, but the biggest limitation is that he doesn't seem to know what's around him, and seems behind the play. It'll become more noticeable as he sees more ice time. Still could be an effective player depending on this role and matchups but againt skilled players you can expect those black hole possession numbers.

If Glass doesn't make the team that means the only liability will be Nash when the playoffs start.
