Ekblad needs praise. Solid defensively and got it out of the zone every freaking time needed and didnt ice it.
Forsling had a great game too
Vatrano had his wheels moving again. This is was we need to see more consistantly from him.

Driedger had a good game. That one bad rebound he couldn't control but that was all.

Dmen played good both in front of their net and offensively.

Khubdobin was a wall. 50 + shots on goal. He deserved 2nd star of the game.

To me its also a big change with the FWD support, we have a whole new system.

I honestly don’t see much different system wise. A little more aggressive on the dmen in our zone but they still collapse to the same areas and pressure the same in zone. It was like this early last year before it collapsed which was due to league worst goaltending by bob imo

Barkov with a great read to take the puck and ice this game. Great performance by everyone. Allowed basically nothing other than that breakaway. Dreidger was solid all game outside the first rebound goal. Complete effort. Dallas looked a bit out of game shape
