I’d be okay keeping Bergmann in the A and having Gambrell and Suomela alternate as wing. Also you confused Melker with Heed.

He's saving it to be a secret weapon. Gotta spring it on the Kings when they least expect it. Like when the Mighty Ducks put Goldberg in goal so he could shock them with a knuckle puck at the opportune time.

I don't like Gambrell on the wing. At all. His run of good play this season was when he was a center.

At least we know that the "real" Thornton is still in there somewhere under the fading old man that's been skating with #19 for much of this season. Now it's just a question of whether he can reassert himself more as the season goes along.

We haven't seen angry thornton in a while. We're mostly getting kindly, wise, "thankful to be on the ice" thornton.
