How does a human being who watches hockey put Hedman 12th and still believe the stat measuring system he’s using is legitimate.
Is DeAngelo even worth a 2ndyeah petry and pietrangelo are pretty much equal
add a 2nd to petry and u can have petro
Probably. One of the worst I've seen.Am i the only one who likes the list?
LMAOOO where are all the stat guys who have sworn forever how awful Cam Fowler is, this article uses advanced stats and he's 6th
You either have to finally admit he's good or your advanced stats are junk science
LMAO
Berkshire more of a microstat dude, lately I’ve been straying away from those. Also I’m not convinced he used a good QoT model since Hedman’s partner Dotchin looked fine overall for the season but bad without Hedman statistically. He also doesn’t really release how he weights this info or who tracks it for him to use.@DominicBoltsFan This list was compiled using advanced stats. Where is Hamilton? Why is Hedman only at 12?
Why? Decent defensively. Averages 25 points a season. Okay second pairing dman.Having Trouba outside of the top 40 is shocking.
Berkshire is a microstat dude and he thinks making a ton of little plays is better than being a play driving beast like Trouba. Trouba top 20 dman imo.Having Trouba outside of the top 40 is shocking.
He was still arguably the top power play defenceman in the league, but that play didn’t translate into goals as often as it had in the past
Transition has always been Hedman’s weakest area
he should not have even been nominated for the Norris
I'd like to know how he weighted these stats, Hedman is one of the best defenders in the league transitioning the puck
ClicksWhy bother posting that article to just embarrass hinself?
I'm not sure. I think Berkshire is one of those guys who thinks he is the smartest guy in the room, in every room. Including rooms where everyone is smarter than him.I think it's safe to conclude this article was intentionally made to stir controversy with fans.
