Both Spooner and Koko will be regular NHL players. Hopefully Chia can see this and keep them both around for the future. The big club lacks offensive flare and these two can bring it.

Time to move Campbell and Paille

Negative nancy box score watchers are all over this board at the moment.

Hey you, man! I haven't missed a Bruins game since 2010 and I see about 40-50 Providence Bruins a season too.

I have seen more Bruins game than you'll probably ever see in your lifetime, dating back to 1971 when I saw my first Bruins game.

I may have expressed myself unclear. I didn't think Loui was playing that well and he sat almost the entire third, I may have missed, but, I never saw him leave for the locker, though.

I don't post that often now, but, I joined this board in 2002, you joined in 2013. 11 years before you, so cut the crap will you......

This is the message board equivalent of Milan Lucic asking the Boston Police "do you know who I am?"...:naughty:

If we have to trade one of them I'd trade Spooner. He has more value in my opinion and both of them have pretty similar potential.

I just think KoKo can transition his game to the wing better. The "Russian factor" is gone because he left the KHL team RUN BY HIS DAD to join an AHL team. He wants to play in the NHL. He's not a big guy but he's scrappy from what I've seen of him. Kind of like a Krejci, won't be tossing hits around but he'll do all he needs to along the boards and will forecheck.

Not many here are a bigger fan of Spooner than me, and it goes way back to his first year in the OHL.

Biased or unbiased? I'll say this:

I love how Ryan Spooner is going to come back and burn the Bruins.

I mean we are talking Ryan Spooner here, not Crosby, Malkin, Stamkos or Tyler Seguin for that matter.

Spooner will be a good NHL player. He won't be "very good" "excellent" or a "super star" and if that comes back to burn the Bruins I'll retire from all things hockey.

A time must come in every fans "life" to set aside personal affection of a player and accept the reality of the situation.

Making a player be more than the sum of his parts.

Nate Thompson burn or a Al Secord burn?

Took me a couple of reads to get it. :)

I've seen both play at a few Providence games last year and Spooner always stood out more (maybe because I was looking for him more often). Koko always looked good, almost Marchand waterbug like.

I'd say Spooner is definitely the more flashy player with his speed and skating, but Koko always intrigued me more. What could he turn into if his game translates to the NHL. I've heard posters saying he plays like Savard, is this true? Is he a power play wizard? Really want to see him on the Bruins with real minutes and linemates soon.
