the problem will be with players who finish their ELC but do not have 3 yrs accrued this they cant get an offer sheet.

Have you not seen what Marner is asking for? He isn't waiting for Rantanen, he wants $12 mill a year dude. Rantanen has nothing to do with Marner. If anything it's the opposite.

No I have not seen what Marner is asking for because unfortunately I have not had the chance to speak to him yet.

I just find it funny that Avs fans are making it seem like Marner is a one off case, as if Rantanen will sign some discount deal.
