I'm not going to read too much into this game, but I'm still not sold on the decision to "go for it" at the deadline.

The game before the deadline, you lose your two goalies and another Top 4 defenseman. Am I wrong in thinking the smart move would have been to play it conservatively? Especially given the team wasn't exactly lighting it up before those injuries?

I mean I was good for moving all in. I just thought we moved all in on the wrong things. We needed Lehner.

Trocheck is digging in hard. Seems like a Rod type of player.

Hard to fault players too much being out of position entering in this system. It took Hamilton and Gardiner half a year to adjust.
