NFL has to be careful about removing him as owner cause there's always that possibility that Snyder could take the NFL to court for ant-trust. NFL doesn't have anti-trust exemption unless these allegations are proven to actually have happened, the league ends up putting themselves at risk for anti-trust lawsuit. So until its proven that these allegations are true, they need to wait and not bypass the legal system just cause people don't like the guy.

Don't say anything at all
If Snyder has to sell, the new owners should change the team colors to red, white, and navy blue, the same colors as the American flag and the other big 4 teams in DC. The new uniforms can easily be adapted to feature these colors.

Snyder is garbage but NFL owners are no saints.
Yea, but it's funny that he thinks he has some kind of smoking gun that can destroy the league. It has grown exponentially while players/owners/coaches have done some horrendous things and not missed a beat. Vick was quite possibly the face of the league when he got caught torturing dogs (one of the few things that just about every person in the USA can agree is one of the worst things you can do) and in the grand scheme of things, the public barely batted an eye towards the league.

I don't know if it's a media-driven thing. Public doesn't seem to care that the NFL guys are on PEDs, yet baseball players do it and it's the worst thing since the plague.

Maybe the public thinks football players are such freaks of nature that anything goes in their mind...

No one should be able to hold organization hostage.

This is why the other owners wil not force him to sell. For one, he and Jones are best buds and without Jones backing the removal the chances are already slim.

He's also clearly going with the Samson option.

No way the other NFL owners will try to remove Snyder as an owner.

The potential antitrust lawsuit damages from Snyder would be enormous, and not worth the financial risk.

He could have walked away with a few billion and instead his ego is going to have the team stripped from him, selling for less than he could have and a high likelihood of a big ass fine and/or jail time.
