Skate socks: hockey name brand or drugstore variety?

Used to use any sort of tight, thin, athletic sock. Now I use:

They work great for me...cost me $6 a pair on sale. I think retail is about $10 down here.

I picked up a couple pair of the Easton socks in size Jr. M/L (I wear a women's 7) I really like them! I could snug up my skates a lot more and felt more connected to them. They were 10 bucks at my LHS. I'll probably pick up a couple more pairs next time I'm out there. Thanks for the recommendation!
