Milan must be happier with a scoreless draw away to Juve, as they were never close to scoring. And were missing some key personnel like Maignan (injured during the warmup) and Theo Fernandez (suspended).

They even subbed in a a few inexperienced teenagers when there was still about 15 mins left to play, while Juve could throw in likes of Chiesa, Milik and McKennie.

Sportiello was a bit shaky at times in goal, but in the end Milan hold on.

But they fall behind again at the start of 2nd, rusty Tomori badly misjudging flight of the ball from a cross, and then Ekuban abusing Gabbia to head in.

Milan had Chukwueze goal disallowed for offside and now Giroud missed a good chance from Okafor pass, lifting the ball over the keeper but also wide.

Edit: And now they finally score, Gabbia making amends with a header. And then another player making amends, Giroud with a vicious shot.
