Seems like Norris situation is more serious than they are telling us

Can't afford to go into this season without Norris and Pinto

No Norris....

Love the kid but what an absolutely awful contract to give a promising young player with a very serious and concerning injury history.

So many unforced errors by our garbage GM....

What does the contract have to do with it? If he's damaged goods it doesn't count against the cap, if he isn't he most likely plays up to it (or at least there is no reason to believe he won't).

Anyway, came here to say that it's looking more and more likely that he is going on LTIR. People can start preparing their assault on DJ and PD for the pre season messaging on that one.

The contract matters because Dorion decided to invest a ton in a player who had serious and known risk attached to him.

It was a bad move in that it was easy to avoid. It may end up fine if Norris' shoulder holds up, it is possible, but it seems less and less likely.

I suppose LTIR'ing him means we'll be able to fit Pinto in but it also means we are down a top 6 c.

I thought the Winnipeg game was the earliest we expected to see him.

Lmao, what an overreaction.
Rich coming from someone who organizes all their Sens thoughts based on posters on HF rather than reality.

He was to miss the first two and had missed every game since.

He has had two major surgeries and spent a ton of time rehabing the shoulder. At every single opportunity he has not been able to go.

He isn't perma f***ed but he is trending that way. This very concerning.

OK. But him playing today isn't any surprise. That update was provided last Thursday, so this hand-wringing seems a bit self-indulgent today.
