I know what you are saying. I think just being rivals with the Leafs would have made it tougher. Of all the teams the Sens didn't beat on this run Toronto was by far the worst and they didn't beat them twice.

Lineup at the Sens Store in the CTC was packed. Lineup galore. Came too late to take advantage of it.

The only jerseys that were left (lots of them) were Smith, Lehner, Cowen (), Greening, Anderson and to a lesser extent Michalek.

Yep. And I was going nuts earlier in the year when people kept lamenting the "budget" crap. Who cares? This team can draft, develop and promote its own players. No need to go out and make a splash or "flashy" trade for no reason. Think about it: Making a huge move means your management thinks the team has a huge problem or hole that it's trying to fix. Doesn't mean its a good thing!

So proud of this team and that everyone has a role and is buying in. They believe in themselves for real, no BS cliches for the media. Karlsson is leading them!!
