Did you miss the news that Weber was named captain? You really think they will trade 2 captains during the same year?

Weber is here to die! So is Price btw.
Maybe so. But if that's our strategy then it only reinforces what I said before... we need a new GM.

We’re picking top 5 again easily we just replaced Galchenyuk with an empty net specialist and Pacioretty with a prospect.

You guys think we had scoring issues last year just wait. I’m just hoping kotkaniemi is sent back after a couple games keep him away from the upcoming meltdown and Bergevin

My god man! I understand being pessimistic but there's a damn limit!

Tatar has dissipated or something? He's actually playing on our top line...

And it's funny you call Domi an empty net specialist while Pacioretty was tagged as an empty net specialist for years around here! Please...

I expect this team to be better then last years team.

Still worry about goals and the PK, but can't see the team being worse than last year.

Figure we will still be in the playoff hunt going into the last couple weeks of the season.

Yea I forgot Tatar , ok this season will be another disaster but we have Tatar here now to take part in it.

Bergevin can't even spend to the cap anymore it's sad Molson must be re-couping Bergevin and Michels' salaries by shorting the roster payroll.

Price contract + Cap Space + Our D Core = The answer is in the room again this year

So you wanted him to sign another Alzner or what? What are you whining about?

Who's out there that he was supposed to spend that cap space on?

Be consistent at least...

Of course, EVERY rebuilding team ends up like the Oilers.

Where are some of you guys getting this thing where there are 5 to 10 teams worse then the habs ?

Get ready for getting shut out every other game, this team has the worst offense ive ever seen in my life.

Top 3 pick guaranteed

How can you guarantee a top 3 pick when the worst team in the NHL has less than a 50% chance of getting a top-3 pick.

Ok responding to your question on my own comment is now 'whining'.

I gave a pretty reasonable prediction that not much will be different other than our scoring being worse our D being just as bad etc and I expect a similar result in the standings.

I imagine a lot of the thoughts happening in your heard are in cartoon form Belial it's simpler for you that way

In your second post, you brought up the unused cap space! Have a good season man. I hope you have some fun...

If they finish high we'll be entertained longer. If they finish low they'd be in a favorable drafting position in 2019. Finishing somewhere in the middle would be the worst outcome. I look forward to the possible addition of Poehling and Suzuki next season.

I like the addition of Kotkaniemi and Armia but I'm unsure about Domi. I don't think the Habs would be able to trade for a star Dman (except possibly at the deadline, when it'll be too late). If the Habs can't fix the D problem Price will be in for a rough time.

Yes I pointed out that Bergevin can't even assemble a roster that uses the full cap is something factually innacurate with that? Please let me know what I've gotten wrong with that and ill correct it

I think (more like hope) the hockey gods will continue to be on our side. They will humble expectations with a series of unfortunate events and we end up with another solid top 10 pick.

What's wrong is your logic! Try and correct it, please.

You call me a whiner and then proceed to whine about my logic

Again my prediction is very middle of the road not sure what set you off about it , you can't seem to describe where i went wrong other than forgetting Tatar.
