Hannan was much better last year than many people give him credit for, I'm happy with this signing.

Seems like a solid depth signing, i'm fine with it if it's for the 7th d-man spot. It's better than calling up a prospect to sit and watch from the press box every night.

They're 2mil over the cap right now.

They will be completely boned when those contracts do kick in though. They're at $71m with all the contracts they have for that year and that would be with 3 defensemen and like 10 forwards.
