Kasperi Kapanen got a 15th overall pick last year. The idea that Reinhart wouldn't return a late top-10 pick isn't all that crazy. Especially given the draft year.

Don't think it does in terms of Eichel.
There could be a number of teams that pass an additional player through one of these organizations as a stop gap. Especially for players that have NMC/NTC and won't go to Buffalo; but would love to play in like Cali/Van.
