He is way more of a passer than a goal scorer though.
you are correct, I was looking at some of his goals this year and thought wow. How about a 20-30 guy? I think he sits around 50-55 points most of his prime.

Waiver eligible next year?
Ah. That's why he's still down there right? He is already this year. Was loaned to the AHL on a conditionning stint!

Yup, he'll have to be call up at some point next week. But with Plekanec's contract termination and Armia and Byron injured, he should have a shot, finally!
Bragin is really good at evaluating prospects. When he didn't take Scherbak to the WJC it was a major red flag.I don't know what is happening with Scherbak he was such a promising propsect but it's like he stopped developing it's really sad to see almost all Montreal 1st round selections turn into fringe ahl/bottom 6 players

bragin is a dumb dinosaur. he's not good at evaluating prospects at all. and i was never high on scherbak either.Bragin is really good at evaluating prospects. When he didn't take Scherbak to the WJC it was a major red flag.
Don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about just to convince yourself that Scherbak has still a shot to be great, he'll never live up to the expectations.Look at his stats
The only thing he did is improve

huh?
You said he stop developing, what do these stats mean then?
1st year in the ahl: 0.48 pts/game
2nd year: 0.62 pts/game
3rd year: 1.15 pts/game
Well than I guess your right he is on on the right path to greatness, he is gonna be lithuh?

I get what you're saying, right now there is juste no way to tell if he is gonna bust but you have to admit that as awesome as he has been in the ahl we expected a little more in the big show. To me he seems to have an undeniable talent but his skating will prevent him to be the top 6 skillfull winger we expected from him (a la hudon)right because the only 2 scenarios for a prospect is that either bust or he lights up the nhl
The dumb dinosaur has got every single player evaluation right so far. You can hate all you want.bragin is a dumb dinosaur. he's not good at evaluating prospects at all. and i was never high on scherbak either.
