Statement loses credibility when bias shines through.
The goals Eberle scored recently were EV goals.
They were against good teams fighting for playoff positions.
The goals Eberle scored were the only ones the team managed.
There are no gravy goals in Edmonton.

I challenge you to find one poster saying Eberle is in a "can't move him tier".
There are no such posts. Why the exaggeration?
Eberle is definitely movable.
I think you and i are in agreement, we want Eberle to go for the right asset.

Example..
Vatanen = Yes
Brodin = No

People don't realize that NHL gms put more value into offensive production then we seem to think.

True then you have a proven guy saying after saying maybe 2 2nds. Usually wheres theres smoke there is fire.
Yeah, and that guy just copied his idea from some random off hfoil.
Believing tweets that don't come from Oiler accounts is usually a waste of time.
That probably goes double for Spector.

Yup. He's no world-beater, but he still serviceable in the bottom 6.

Don't think his value can really go down anyway.

Agreed we shouldn't trade him for a second round pick, keep him for now and maybe put him in a package this summer or see if he can turn it around, no need to trade him for just the sake of trading

The Spector hate is ridiculous.

Yakupov will never work here. Time to move the kid along and give him a fresh start elsewhere. Why ruin his career even further?

Why trade an asset if you believe you're doing it for less than full value? How does that help the team?

Drouin is one year younger than Yakupov and is sitting out right now. He has 6 NHL goals playing most of his games for one of the top offensive teams in the NHL last year. Yet Yzerman supposedly has many teams in a bidding war for his services and is reportedly looking for a lot in return. Yet Yakupov is not worth a second????
