Got rear ended on the exit on the way to the game so missed most of it. But did get to see the end! Good job on the win! Much needed win lol.

Ps still think Duke is getting a raw deal. Not going to go into Why more at this point. The people who think he deserves it are gonna think it anyways and the people who don’t are gonna think that.

After reading this, Duclair will be gone by the All-Star break, if not sooner. Take that to the bank...

Agreed. He's gone.

So what is Duclair worth right now then? Has to be rock bottom since he never plays.

Also; that quote could be the reasoning behind Strome being sent down to the AHL. Not the lack of effort part but the fact he is being envisioned as a top 6 player.

A summer trade of Duclair for Valeri Nichushkin could be interesting, if he's willing to come to NA.

I have never seen a situation where the bottom six players, mostly AHL talent, are untouchable because they are needed for the penalty kill. Yet players that can put it in the net are scratched instead in order to protect the bottom six PKers.

Coyotes were one of the most disciplined teams in the first month. That seems like a better plan to me than trying to bolster a PK that was mostly bad initially because of goaltending, not personnel
October: 30th in SH TOI
Since: 16th in SH TOI

Of course some of that has to do with being constantly hemmed in their own end, where as early in the season that wasn't nearly as much a problem.
