Nice. So what are your thoughts on him based on actual live performance.

I'd largely be repeating what others have already said, but he is a great subtle player who can really control the pace of the game. The common knocks on him I see is that he'll sometimes make a risky pass or two, and he sometimes doesn't play with his speed. Neither of which, I take too seriously. The most common turnovers he causes are because he is better than who he plays with. Players simply don't expect some of the passes he makes. Frost might just be a better NHLer than an AHLer.

Lol...true, but I think "bringing him up" refers to the quality of the league. Sent down doesn't mean he's going south, or to hell. Unless of course that's where your farm team is.
