Well it seems my post encouraged a pretty massive pick up in play, Amerks win 5-1 over Hershey. CJ Smith with a goal and assist, Pilut with his 1st point of the season, Oglevie with 2 assists, Thompson and Asplund both with one assist.

Hard to tell, AHL games are always more physical than NHL games. He loves to throw his body around and drop the gloves though, and as a result people love to go after him.

I think he can see a way forward with the lack of physical play among most of their current NHL blueline.
