Didn't see a major thread discussing the playoffs going on across Canada, the SJHL are in the conference finals right now.

Humboldt - 2 vs. Flin-Flon - 0

Kindersly - 1 vs. Melville - 1


My broncos are looking strong yet again in this season and should have a great shot to go all the way this season. They were ranked #1 in the nation for a good part of the 2nd half of the season

Humboldt sweeps Flin Flon to move on to the league finals

Kindersley and Melville locked at 2 wins a piece. Game 5 is tonight

Nanaimo looked strong all year. They're in the finals against Penticton. Saw game 1 of the Interior Conference final between Penticton and Westside. If Penticton gets on a roll, they might challenge Nanaimo, but they've been inconsistent all year, just doing enough to win.

Smith Falls is up on Brockville 3 game to 1 - game 5 being played tonight in Smith Falls. Also noted that Smith Falls has apparently lost their best player Nick Tremblay. Out with a broken jaw.

Pembroke is up on Hawkesbury 3 games to 1 - game 5 being played tonight in Pembroke

Will more than likely be Smith Falls and Pembroke in the Finals.

Winner of that heads to the Fred Page Cup to play the winner of LHJAAA Quebec and Martimes.

My best bet would be Quebec team St. Eustache will take the Fred Page to represent the East at the RBC.

Host team Cornwall was eliminated by Smith Falls in 5. Lost 2 games in overtime. Could have gone either way.

Camrose leads Fort McMurray 3-1 in the AJHL final. Game five, and potential clincher, goes tomorrow in Camrose.

Five goals last night from Camrose, and only one assist given out in the whole bunch. Haven't seen that before! Didn't see or listen to the game, so cannot comment.

Humboldt goes down 3-1 in another heartbreaker in triple OT in which Ryan Niezner the Klippers goaltender made 75+ shots.

To Fong 88, no it isn't looking so good, but by all account this series has been dominated by the Broncos, Ryan Niezner is absolutly putting on a goaltending clinic though and has let next to nothing past him in all 4 games.
