Yes the rebuild is over. The only players left from the old guard are Neil and Phillips who have both 2 years left on their contract. They are kept for the leadership, sense of belonging and loyalty to the team, which should be very important now with what happened with Spezza and Alfredsson. However check this out how this fanbase will crap on them, like they would never draw any lesson from anything
The rest of this team is all under 30 y/o, so yes "the rebuild" is over.
It's only semantics, why is it so important how "what we are doing" is called? It's a massive
youth movement that started on February 2011, when Mike Fisher got traded for a 1st and 3rd round pick (not a bad trade for a guy that most considered "overpaid")
That's what people wanted at that time. People were massively whining about the team being too old. Now the team is extremely young, and people whine even more!

Personally, I enjoy seeing this team growing up together. This is the future team in their first steps.
