I can see, that he will stay there until his draft. After that, he will move to NA. And Nitra could see some money from NHL. Thats the idea of this move.

Those are understandably Nitra's intentions, and if he stayed those few seasons would also count for the money that Slovak clubs get from the federation based on the number of players they developed for the top leagues.

But the question is whether Nemec and his agent will not try the Nordic route in a season or two.

I am usually the one who calms down the optimism about 14-15 years old kids, but this kid is ridiculously good for his age

He should play his first game for men in Tipsportliga for Nitra tomorrow and so he will become the youngest player ever who played for seniors in Slovak league.

He is playing with men now, if he tries Nordic route in the near future very likely he will spend most of the time with juniors , Fehevary went through Nordic junior system to pros , Cernak went from Slovak pros to the OHL. He is only 15 he can gather experience in the top Slovak league a couple seasons before moving on .

To play for HK Nitra is great opportunity for him. He's playing with and against a veteran players who played in leagues such as SHL, KHL, Czech or NHL. Thats great experience for him. He can play for Nitra for 2 seasons and then spend his draft season in CHL for example. Or he can also stay in Nitra during his draft year. Just like Meszaros or Cernak. There is a lot of options. Hes still only 15 so there is a lot of time.
