I watched him last night for I think the first time as Wild and he looked good. I didn't have faith that his game would translate to NHL but he looks comfortable out there. Remind me a bit of Brent Burns???

Burns Played like a wild beast in the offensive Zone, Charging the net from the back Constantly. Faber is very controlled and deliberate, nothing like Burns.

So anyone who scores points plays like Brent Burns? Look at Brent Burns style of play over the past 15 years and look at Faber in his NHL games. They're not similar at all.

One thing those numbers aren't, are a defensive defenseman.

The opposite of BB = a defensive defenseman.

Also look at BB numbers when he entered the NHL = not particularly explosive.

And like I said the first game I watched all yr were Thurs.
