Frustrating effort. Seemed like they only tried for 15 minutes.

Combine that with playing one of the best teams in the league, along with a bunch of iffy penalties, the odds of you winning are pretty low.

Oh well.

Have a good thanksgiving everyone.

I'm surprised some of you are acting like it was a total BS call. Did you see the replay? He clearly hit him with his stick while his stick was parallel to the ice. It was a textbook crosscheck. Was it vicious? No. Do players get away with that stuff all the time? No doubt. And did a lot of worse stuff get let go tonight? Absolutely. Doesn't change the fact it's a cross check. Right call, but soft as putty.

I've seen blatant cross-checks in front never get called, but, that weak **** is called? The only thing consistent about NHL refereeing is the inconsistency.

Oh, really, what purpose does Tanner Glass serve?

In what world were we pretty good? It's funny, Dan Boyle almost had 2 goals but I'm still depressed by how Stralman is still a boss and our D can't get out of its own zone. Breaks my heart.

We really don't match up well against this team.

Our inability to clear pucks combined with their tenacity to keep them in is a disaster

Reffing definitely cost us the game.

The Zucc and Kreider penalties almost NEVER get called, yet two of them go against us. Especially ridiculous considering what was let go the rest of the game.

Nash getting a second penalty was also garbage.

The team should have played better, but the refs still cost us this one.

Did Sam just say the Rangers will head to Philly after their practice tomorrow?

Really, they don't give the players off for Thanksgiving?

Ben Bishop has no business having a 7-0 record against us. It's a sign of releases that are not quick enough. The goals that went in for us tonight went in because Bishop was moving.

TB is really good - they won most of the battles for loose pucks, just a little faster, in the right place, sharper passes, etc., etc.

Rangers looked like their bodies were too fast for their heads tonight.

Wasn't thrilled with the refereeing tonight, but it is what it is. NHL refs suck, sometimes it works to your advantage, sometimes it doesn't. Thought we played well enough to win the game, but the 2nd period effort was putrid.
