Renfrow has gone from 6 catches per game to 3 last season and 1 so far this year. Used a high pick on a TE who has 2 targets and 1 catch through 3 games. Running game in shambles. Jimmy G more INT's this year than in 11 games last year. Owner can't afford to fire shitty coach.

Can't blow 2 td lead in 4th quarter of every other game if you can't score

It's confusing as the TE and Slot Receiver were the primary weapons Josh had to use while in NE for many seasons with Brady. Yet, last night, did a TE catch a pass aside from the 2 point one that Mayer caught? Renfrow with just 2 catches. Jimmy can't go deep. Most of the catches made by Adams/Meyers were them coming back inside, so is it congesting the field with the TE/Slot when the outside WR cut inside too?

Run game, not working.

Plus, look at how little contributions this regime is getting from their own draft picks. Gave up a 1 and 2 for Adams in 2022. Parham is a starting OG. White a backup RB. Dumped an DT to KC for a 6th round pick. The other DT, don't think he's playing. Munford is a backup OT, but got playing time last season.

This draft, took Wilson, knowing his injury and that this would hold him back this season. So, they need to truly love him and bank on his future since they don't get much from him being behind. Given the injury, I think getting a CB made more sense in Gonzalez. Mayer hasn't been used much. Young, don't think I've seen much from him. Tucker, no receptions in 3 games. Bennett the only rookie contributor really.

Regime needed a Seattle type draft that they nailed in 2022. Mafe, Walker, Lucas, Bryant, Woolen as contributors. DE, RB, OT, CB, CB.

Jimmy G. listed in concussion protocol. If he can't go, I hope they run O'Connell out there vs going with Hoyer vs LAC.

Hmm
Knew it was a matter of time. See what kind of dead cap charge it will be for next season season.

He got $27.3 mill for basically 1 season. What a horrible mess.

But this is the problem when you constantly swap management regimes after 2 years. You cut guys and eat dead cap. Jones will count another $12 mill in dead cap for LV next season.

When you are constantly eating $30 mill in dead cap limits what you can do.

Raiders, it's just so sad, how royally they screwed up the drafts. Always off by a year when drafting for position.

2020 - could have taken Wirfs at RT, then doubled back on a WR with the Arnette pick which was still ahead of Jefferson pick by Minny. Very likely Den and Dal stay with their WR picks and Ruggs is still there for LV. Or, ideally, Miami or another team picks him before us or maybe Philly trades up ahead to get him.

2021 - instead of that crap Leatherwood, they go and grab the CB in Newsome.

To me, you grab the best player available since the draft occurs after free agency. Have to determine what is likely to be there when you pick.

I don't know how you let Mack get 6 sacks when Bosa is out. Inexcusable.
Plus Herbert has a broken finger during the game and you still lose. Cause, the offense gives up 2 fumbles which LA scores on.

Announced on TV: Jimmy G transported to hospital
Jimmy and Fields both didn't finish the game. Could be a battle of rookie QBs next week.
AOC needs to clean up the pocket awareness and the OL needs to protect better. Better coaching to not allow 1 DE to wreck the game. Keep a TE in to block or chip. And better playcalling. Don't ask the rookie to make too many throws.

Mark Davis must go-
Yes. He’s incompetent. Can’t hire a management group.
This is year 12 without Al Davis. 2 playoff appearances in the only 2 Winning seasons. No wins.

He owes the fans a press conference at some point when the season ends. Can’t move forward with Josh and Ziegler. You can’t draft Wilson with the needs the team had this season and wait on him. Needed to take Gonzalez since I also wouldn’t have trusted Carter, not in LV.
And the offense has been inconsistent this season. That’s his side of the ball. And their first move was to being in Adams at WR. That’s a win now move and they have not reached 10 wins in 24 games.

So Tired of this BS.

Jimmy has no deep ball accuracy at all. Can’t even give his guy a chance to make a play on the ball. Lions dominated the game but gave LV chances to score but Jimmy can’t put the ball to a place to give his guys a chance at it.

They are 3-5 now and haven’t played KC yet. Phone should be ringing for Ziegler and co.
