I will be happily surprised if italy can even score. Over joyed if they win. That 4 nil beating last time still stings and I have little confidence in what I have seen from Italy thus far.

You mean it was an embellishment? Yeah, it was, but it wasn't a dive. It was a bad tackle by the Australian defender. Be upset about the theatrics if you want but I'd be more upset about that shocker of an attempted tackle.

I didn't care about those teams I'm just saying it was the right call even if we call it a dive or just embellishment. That's one thing that bothers me with tv staff and the guys running the replays they often show replays in slow motion and zoom in to see if there's contact...Lots of times it doesn't matter, if the guy has to jump to avoid the contact or getting hurt it doesn't cancel the foul...

I hope today's referee will be ready and don't be shy to give cards early in the game, as a neutral and a fan of the game I sure hope so.

I'm in the camp of expecting very few real chances here. Lots of long possession on both sides, although heavily favoring the Spanish overall, but neither team really pushing it.
