Prospects Development Camp

The Canucks will be holding their prospect development camp ( or whatever they call it ). At Shawnigan Lake Schools new rink from July 3 to 9.

Shawnigan Lake School is near Mill Bay. They have a rink, dorms, gyms etc. A great choice for this camp.

On ice sessions will be open to the public.

Thanks for posting this! I think I'll take a trip over. Any good recommendations on places to stay?

Ocean view suites in Cowbay, unreal view. The bay is cool little area with some real good places to eat. 10 mins from the school thats where i would go

Vic has a ton of options, but the hat can be a ****** drive in the summer. If u find yourself south of vic let me know ill tell ya some places to check out and eat at

Seen him a handful with Stewart. a one of few promising forwards for Prince Albert.
Compete/effort level is good.
always goes hard, hounds for pucks and kills penalties
good character guy

I think the school is selling tix for the 3 on 3, 100 bucks and it includes a west coast style diner. For those that dont know its a super nice school they dont cheap out on anything

Hopefully we'll get a chance to see Gardiner at the Young Stars tournament. Since it appears once again, we won't really be seeing much of anything at the Development Camp.

I just started man-ternity leave, maybe I will take my 5mo old daughter up on Monday or Tueday. Was going to go up on my own Saturday, then bring the fam on Sunday.
