I just finished listening to episode 7. Some thoughts:

1. Really excited to see OT developing. Like most, I had hoped this would come sooner than later, but you can't be upset at the current result. I still think he's going to be a fine player.

2. I was really happy when they celebrated Yands' 1000 game at home. He seems like such a well-liked individual.
Especially with the time's right now, the importance of mental health has been shown a lot lately. There's no stat to show what kind of teammate he is, and how much teammates love to be around him. Sometimes that can be hard to remember.

3. Fitting I will end with the ceiling of this team. I think they can win the :stanley:. They might not have the same roster that they will have come trade deadline. That will be very interesting to see what kind of team this is going into the playoffs.
It's a 56 game schedule. Normal playoffs are roughly 30 games if you're going all the way. That's very similar to a regular 82 game schedule. This team seems well-built and coaches for a shortened season. They are very up-tempo.

I felt I was a bit harsh on some guys, maybe Duclair could've received a better rating, and guys like Marchment are coming back down to earth. Tough not to gush over Barkov and Ekblad though.

· You go down a D to injury, who steps up first, Stråls or Cotton?
· Did you know, just in the NHL, Cotton has now been in seven fights? And that's not counting his fight in the AHL & WHL. Check out hockeyfights.com, he barely loses a fight.
