Slaf is only 7 years old in this photoI always knew that Davy being small was a myth
It's good to be wrong sometimes! I have my doubts on Hutson and Reinbacher and am hoping to be served crow, cold, cold crow. With Roy, I"m actually on my 2nd or 3rd helping of crow. I never doubted his talent. I just didn't think he'd be able to make the jump to the Habs. While continuing to play as well as he has.
Very true. If I was right all the time. I wouldn't need to be here, and I'd miss out on all you wonderful people. It's good to be wrong sometimes! I have my doubts on Hutson and Reinbacher and am hoping to be serve crow, cold, cold crow.
You mean "a real headcoach" ?Habs need to hire a second period specialist. I don't know what that is. It's their job to figure out. They really suck and get stuck once or twice for lengthy amounts of time. Never seen a team so bad at 2nd periods.

If either Primeau or Monty get Walsh as their agent, buckle up!Oh gawd, I still have nightmares from being a Mod during that time lol
Evans is an ideal 4th liner. But Dvorak just doesnt work well in Marty's system as a 3rd C. If we can upgrade on him I'd be happy and more confident with our center group.Damphousse like me doesn't think that much of our center group after Suzuki and Dach.
"We can do much better"
I say we have to do much better and the sooner the better.
Are those antlers on that helmet?
These my fav kind of posts. Superfreaky yeowww.Was looking at some stats, will be nice to see if Primeau joins the 199 overall late bloomer goalie club. Daccord was drafted 199 in 2015, finally became something this year with Seattle. Would probably be a Vezina finalist if Seattle were making the playoffs.
Then there's 199 in 1983. Undoubtedly the most dominant stretch of goaltending of all time. Hazek was a nobody until his 3rd season with Buffalo and then exploded at 29 years old.
We were out shot, out chanced, out skated and out played by a bottom feeder team. Other than Primeau, it was a bad night.Slaf and Roy score... X with an assist. Primo with a huge shutout.
Good night for the kids. Bad night for the tank.
We are trying to tank, let him collect as many penalties in the 3rd as he wantsAt this point, Gally is what he is. For me, as long as he keeps up the effort. Maybe cuts down on the late penalties. He can still be an effective 4th line player.
Plus it gives him more time to rest lol Good thinkingWe are trying to tank, let him collect as many penalties in the 3rd as he wants
You’re the only one who would want to ship a much better player for a lesser one. Hope you know that.Great, done and done.
Not sure if I would call Lindgren's career decent. Up and down is what I would say. Happy he found a spot in the NHL finally at 30 but he always feels on the verge of being sent down.Primeau should be good goalie, he was outstanding in college. Similar numbers to Fowler who is getting tons of accolades on prospect thread. It takes until 25 or 26 before they develope
Better numbers than Lindgren who has gone onto decent NHL career.
Price like performance.................we lose this game without him pulling off that show...............several big game stops.Congrats to the young man. Helluva game.
Couldn't agree more, we were dominated most of the night, by the Jackets. We always seem to have good to great goaltending and the drawback is that is masks the lack of quality of play in front of them.
