I don't like that the forward PKers dart out to block D to D passes across the blueline. Shots from the blueline are low percentage shots. Take away the pass to the faceoff circle.

Can’t in the “I”PK formation. You’re thinking of the box formation which most teams don’t do anymore.

The I is meant to block cross ice passes.

I'll have to pay more attention of how other teams are killing penalties, especially the better ones. Maybe the difference is really just shot blocking.

Sorry, I see him becoming an NHL player but not there yet. I know it’s subjective and all, but to me, he needs to take another step with his offensive game. Great skater, nice forecheck game and looking okay on the PK…so the potential is there.

Maybe it’s a blind spot thing with me.
