I’d much rather take my chances with Vegas than the Oilers who are 18-1-1 in their last 20 and plowing right through teams.
Can they do it with just average shooting? I ask because the term Powerkill became particularly meaningful this year. I'll go with Vegas getting goalied, or as we call it around here Helle'd. GJG.
Luckily pp becomes a little less relevant in the playoffs. Besides, the Jets finished 6th in pk, whilst the Knights were middle of the pack.
As for PP, the Jets and Knights were very similarly proficient.
In a series, you just want a better combined special teams score, and the Jets should come out on top here if regular season performance is indicative

Actually, they were 17-2-1 and we were one of the two to hand them a loss on April 4th. The other is Toronto
I haven't posted much the past couple of months, and I haven't participated in many GDTs this year... but I am so pumped for the playoffs. Time to dust off the whiteout gear and head down to the street party.
It would be great if we wore our Heritage white uniforms at home.

My bad. But still, they are on fire right now and I'd like to avoid if I could.
I'm hoping that the Kings beat them to a pulp. Even if the Oilers make it out of the first round I want them to be softened up nicely.

I have a hard time believing that Laurent Brossoit can keep his save percentage at 0.927. He is not a Vezina caliber keeper. I believe that we can light him up. Or will we see Quick instead?

was at the game where we eliminated them in crushing fashion. Building was like nothing i've ever experienced.
Ya me too, i was scared the upper deck was going to collapse.
Would be great if they played it during warm ups then cut the sound for the audience to sing that line.
