I'm half way through one if the GDT for the Leafs (really bored at work). There might be enough to keep me entertained until next week. Am I a bad person for hoping they re- sign Gardiner just to continue the melt down?

How many GDTs did they have yesterday?
You mean Any Elmore?Theo is on a very one-dimensional career path right now, Andy Delmore or Norm MacIver or similar. Actually sort of a poor man's Norm MacIver.
Lol Theo is worth every penny of that deal
This might be the year when San Jose wins the cup.
Of course he is. I just think his play does not fit the playoffs so well and I'd prefer players like Lindholm or Manson at that pricetag.
Except Ducks have an older version, softer in his own end, and less talented offensively. And some on here defend his 8/$6.5 deal.

Sure, he is elite offensively. Just ignore his horrendous d zone coverage and the fact he is scared of contact.
He's not even elite offensively, I don't know where this perception has come from.
A 23 year old 30-point defenseman with suspect D? Yeah that's an elite trajectory alright.True, he probably isn’t “elite” yet, but he is headed in that direction.
Leafland is a gold mine of entertainment. Seems many want Babcock gone and listening to them describe him you would swear they were talk about RC. LMFAO! Priceless.
Babcock is a great coach but I kinda wonder if he's run his course there.Leafland is a gold mine of entertainment. Seems many want Babcock gone and listening to them describe him you would swear they were talk about RC. LMFAO! Priceless.
The outspoken ones believe he has. They've quoted some miserable playoff numbers for him going back about 10 years. They speak of dump and chase and misusing the players. Not being able to adjust to in game changes. He'd rather lose playing his game than adapt to the new ways of the league according to many there.Babcock is a great coach but I kinda wonder if he's run his course there.
This is dumb. I'm sure for the fans he's run his course. I thought he did a pretty good job turning what is essentially a completely one-dimensional team into a team that could do a lot of damage. Wasn't like they embarrassed themselves or something, Boston is a strong team. You want better underlying numbers, turn some of those high octane forwards into a high-end defenseman or two.The outspoken ones believe he has. How are there no fingers-crossed emojis.Carolina just won't go away.
