You see the Devil's falling out of it eh? Not so sure about that. As an Isles fan it'd be nice if everyone in the metro stopped winning every damn game.

They could fall out as the metro is insane, but I think they'll end up in the top 8 in points regardless. I actually think the current top 8 in the East should all make it, but obviously one of them will be bumped out and one Atlantic team will be gifted a spot. I have no idea who falls out though. Hope it's the Rangers, but it could also be the Devils or Penguins(can't believe I'm saying this, but they've been unimpressive).

No one has any Faith on the Knights holding onto a spot . I can see why but it would be nice to see.

If they are in playoff spot at the trade deadline and don’t become sellers I think peoples opinion will change.

I have a hard time believing they don’t become sellers, even if they are in a playoff spot this season.

If they are very much in the race they cannot sell.

If they are fringe, then maybe,
Why can't they sell? It was pretty clear that McPhee was trying to build a team that would give them the best chance at the #1 pick. But unlike their GM, the players have pride and want to win. Plus they are still riding the emotion from the events of Oct. 1.
