When you haven't won a Premier League title in 16 years and are the only one of the classic "big 4" not to have won a Champions League (or even made it to the final in 15 years), what else do you have to hold onto besides the invincibles season?
Nothing, absolutely nothing. Supporters of Juve and Milan don't seem to care that their clubs went invincible in the past 30 years. They are just holding on to this. Which they can if they want to.

There are only 3 traditional big clubs in England, Arsenal, Liverpool and United.

Ancelotti getting a red at full-time is hilarious.

That said, I find chalking that goal off a little ridiculous. There's no way a prone Richarlison unsighted De Gea standing over him. Classic letter of the law versus spirit of the rule.

Sorry, but there's only two. And Arsenal aren't one of them.

Arsenal have been better than Liverpool most decades since the 30s, with the 60s, 70s and 80s being the only exeptions. Arsenal are possibly a bigger club than Liverpool.

Have to laugh at the Everton fans booing the VAR reversal. It's the right call you scouzers. You can't be in an offside position and interfere with the goalkeeper's ability to play the ball and make the save, even if the player offsides didn't touch it.

Spurs have become Arsenal. Useless.

Credit to Wolverhampton. Not brilliant, but a solid team.

I really don't think Richarlison laying on the ground did this, though. There was no chance De Gea was getting to that and at the angle De Gea had, he saw that the whole way. There was just nothing he could do.

De Gea also darted the other way. He was never going to save that with the deflection.

Sigurdsson is not affecting the play, he tries to actively avoid being part of the situation

Being in an offside position is not an offence in itself, but a player so positioned when the ball is played by a teammate can be judged guilty of an offside offence if they become "involved in active play", "interfere with an opponent", or "gain an advantage" by being in that position.

He was lying on the ground a meter from De Gea and pulled his legs back to avoid touching the ball. Clearly involved and interfering.

De Gea sees the ball the full way, and he has plenty of space to dive. He is not nearly in the way at all. No interference at all there.

If you allow that, then players begin lying on the ground in front of keeper in an offside position in every game. No way that kind of behavior was going to be tolerated.

He was only lying there because of just losing a duel. It is clear that he has no time to get out of the way more than he does. Since he doesn’t affect De Geas ability to make a save, clear goal!
