Got a feeling Fields will pass the clipboard over to Wilson around week 10. Wilson is a decent guy to watch and learn from under a competent management team as well for Fields.

Not really. Does Pitt pick up the 5th year option on Fields in May? If not both QBs are free agents in 2025.

With fields I don’t see him being a good injury replacement in season. Does not come off as someone who is great at the whiteboard to absorb a new playbook quickly. Would be running a very skeleton playbook with him.
Would need the injury to occur before the season for any value.

But man did all of those people get it wrong on Fields about it costing at least a 2nd rounder.
